HSE Advisor - I was only there 100 days. I was never able to get a contract and asked more than once for one to be given to me. They did not even advise what award i was working under. When i left they said they overpaid me by around 90-odd hours, they deducted those hours from my final pay. The owner refused to give me my time sheets (submitted on an internal system) or a detailed report on how they arrived at the hours i apparently owed them. The closest i received was 3 different reports not even containing the pay cycle and the individual daily hours like they had been submitted, they were very careful to never put in writing the workings to me or anything in writing that they deducted x-number of hours. I had to get the Fair Work Ombudsman involved to do such a simple thing and get my 8 individual timesheets. On top of this pays were not paid 5-8 days after the pay cycle had finished. It apparently was in the contract i never got that pays were paid 5-8 days after the cycle had finished.
